These terms cover your use of this website and the services you book with Test Detailing Co (fictional) ("we", "us"). By using this site or booking with us you agree to them.

Quotes

A quote request through this site is not a booking. We confirm the service, time and cost with you before any work starts. A quote is based on what you tell us and may change once we see the vehicle; we tell you before doing anything that changes it. Any price shown on this site is the lowest price for that service, not a quote.

Scheduling and cancellations

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety or access, and we contact you as early as we can when we do.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is done unless we agree otherwise in writing before the appointment.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. Tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts or paint work you know of. Some stains, scratches and wear can't be fully removed, and we tell you if we expect that.

Liability

We take care with every vehicle. If you believe we damaged something, tell us as soon as you can, with photos, so we can look at it. Except where the law doesn't allow it, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

If you agree on our form, we may call and text you about your request. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy explain how. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

We work to keep this site accurate, but service details can change. Reviews are covered in our Review Disclosure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
