What it covers

If something we detailed isn't right, we come back and redo that area at no charge.

How long you have

Tell us within 7 days of the service date.

What it doesn't cover

Damage or wear that was there before the detail, new dirt or damage after the visit, and results we told you in writing we couldn't promise (for example, permanent stains or scratches through the clear coat).

How to claim

Call or text us, or email us, within the window with your name, the service date and photos of the problem. We reply to schedule a time to look at it.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under North Carolina law. Our Terms & Conditions also apply.
